Our Imprints
At Afrihill Press, different books need different homes. Our imprints allow us to build focused spaces for different kinds of writers, stories, and readers.
Flamingo — Our Self-Publishing Imprint
Flamingo is for writers who have a book they believe in and want to take an active role in bringing it into the world. We work with authors through the publishing process, from manuscript to finished book, while giving them room to remain closely involved in the work.
Qasida — Our Poetry Imprint
Qasida is a home for poetry that asks to be read as a book. We publish full-length collections with distinct voices, forms, obsessions, and ways of seeing. Here, poems are not simply gathered together; they are given the space to become a body of work.
Arosọ — Our Fiction Imprint
Arosọ is where stories find their shape. We publish novels, novellas, short story collections, and other works of fiction that take us somewhere new or make us look again at the world we already know. We are interested in stories with imagination, character, tension, and something worth saying.
Jug & Milk — Our Children’s Books Imprint
Jug & Milk is made for young readers and the worlds that meet them on the page. We publish stories and books that invite children to wonder, imagine, laugh, question, and see themselves and others differently. Books for children but never books that underestimate them.
